Henderson Printing Buys Vista Leather
The owners of Brockville, ON-based Vista Leather (asi/93988) announced Friday that they’ve sold the company to Henderson Printing. Financial terms of the deal were not released. The change of ownership is effective July 1st.

“Henderson Printing is a well-established and respected general printer, located in the same building as Vista, which makes the transition easier,” said Vista owners Bonnie and John Ridi.
The Ridis said that nothing will change at Vista as a result of the new ownership. “Vista will continue to offer the same excellent service, quality products and innovations that always set it apart,” they said in a letter to distributor customers.
The Ridis, who are retiring, will remain with Vista until August 1st to help ensure a smooth transition.
Bob Pearce, co-owner and general manager of Henderson Printing, said he is excited for the opportunity to work with Vista’s customers, staff and suppliers.
