Medical Coverage through Independence Blue Cross Personal Choice PPO: Choose between four different healthcare plan options. Each option includes prescription coverage and is effective first day of employment. Employees who are not fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and who are enrolled in the ASI health plan will be subject to a $100 per pay surcharge. Fully Vaccinated employees are not subjected to the surcharge.

Dental Coverage through Delta Dental: Choose between two dental options. Each option includes diagnostic procedures, including exams, X-rays and teeth cleaning. Coverage is effective first day of employment.

Vision Coverage through EyeMed: Vision coverage includes exams, frames, standard corrective lenses and contacts. Coverage is effective on first day of employment.

Voluntary Supplemental Insurance: Choose between three supplemental plans – Mutual of Omaha Critical Illness, Mutual of Omaha Group Accident and MetLaw, a group legal plan – that provide payments to you in addition to any other insurance payments you receive. Coverage is effective first day of employment.

Mutual of Omaha Voluntary Life Insurance: Employees have the opportunity to purchase additional voluntary life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) through Mutual of Omaha for themselves, spouse and their children. This coverage is 100% employee paid. Coverage is effective on first day of employment.

Paid Time Off including Vacation, Holidays, Celebratory half-days and Maternity and Paternity leave

Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave: Birthing parents are eligible for 12 weeks of paid maternity leave, 10 weeks for medical recovery and 2 weeks for newborn bonding. This policy also applies to primary parents who adopt, including through surrogacy. Secondary or support parents are eligible for 2 weeks of paid bonding leave. We recognize there are many different definitions today of mothers, fathers and couples, and we intend to support all of them fully and equally.

Daycare: ASI offers on-site child care services to employees and their families. The fully-accredited Lots of Love Learning Center (est. 1986) with staff of twelve child-care professionals who specialize in caring for children of various ages. The daycare offers full-day, half-day and before and after school programs. ASI employees returning to work after the birth or adoption of their child are offered 14 weeks of paid daycare at the onsite daycare facility, applied within the first six months of birth or adoption. Parents who choose to use another daycare facility are offered 12 weeks of reimbursement, up to the current cost of Lots of Love.

On-Site Daycare: ASI provides on-site child care at affordable rates to employees and their families. The fully-accredited Lots of Love Learning Center began in 1986 and has a qualified staff of twelve child-care professionals who specialize in caring for children of various ages. New parents (who are ASI employees) are offered 12 weeks of paid daycare to use within the first six months of returning to work.

All Fitness 24-Hour Gym: Our on-site All Fitness gym features a wide array of strength training and cardio equipment. Owned and operated by Coach J, the gym is open 24 hours and offers a variety of fitness classes and personal training sessions. All Fitness is FREE for ALL employees. No membership fees or costs to workout!

Café & Starbucks: Our full-service, on-site marketplace features an eclectic menu that caters to every taste palette. The grill station, deli counter and salad bar are open for breakfast and lunch every day, and the staff is always happy to take requests for new menu items. There is also an on-site Starbucks where employees can grab a coffee, tea or snack during working hours.

Community, Culture and Diversity: Through goodwill fundraising, silent auctions, charity drives and payroll contributions, ASI employees give back in a major way. And yet we always make sure to find time for fun! Each year, we hold summer barbeques, ice cream socials, sport rallies and holiday parties to bring countless opportunities for employees to kick back and socialize at work. Our Diversity Committee combines our community efforts with our social happenings by hosting teambuilding activities, networking events and community service opportunities for all.

Ways We Care

Bridging the Gap. Fund drives to help the United Way of Bucks County, PA provide numerous programs for the under-served.

Essential School Supplies. Providing backpacks, pens, rulers and other much-needed school supplies to area students through the United Way Stuff the Bus drive.

Feeding the Hungry. ASI’s industry-wide food drive provided 40,000 meals to Americans served by Feeding America, the nation’s largest food bank.

Meals for the Elderly and the Sick. Donations to the Philabundance food bank helped the non-profit deliver over 5,000 meals to those in need.

Helping Hospitalized Kids. Contributions to the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House help fund housing for families of sick children in area hospitals.

Happy Holidays. Employee donations buy toys, bikes, art supplies and electronics given every December to area families living in or receiving services through a local homeless shelter.

Year-round Giving. Numerous employee-led food and clothing drives provide a boost to people (and pets!) in need.
