Top 40 distributor Geiger (asi/202900) announced Monday that it has acquired selected assets of PromoManagers Inc., a web-based promotional products distributor in Plymouth, MA. Going forward, PromoManagers will operate as “PromoManagers LLC, a division of Geiger.”

Financial terms of the deal were kept private.

Mike Truchon, vice president of sales and customer experience with Crestline, a division of Geiger, will oversee the day-to-day operations of PromoManagers.

“I am looking forward to working with Heather and the entire PromoManagers team,” Truchon said in statement. “They have a strong customer base and have built their online business utilizing some unique offers and a very smooth online ordering process. With the systems and processes we have put in place, the partnership makes perfect sense as it will allow them continued growth while continuing to maintain the very high level of service their customers have come to expect.”

With reported North American promotional product sales of $180.1 million in 2016, Geiger ranked 10th on Counselor’s 2017 list of the top 40 largest ad specialty distributors by revenue.
