Wednesday, September 27

• Epoly (asi/52541) lead-times have been reduced to 10 days starting Sep. 27, and all lead-times will be back to normal by Oct. 4.

Wednesday, September 20

• Bullet (asi/42424) is now back up and fully operational. Please note that lead times for imprint orders have been extended to 10 days, sample orders to 5 days, and SureShip is suspended through the end of September.

Tuesday, September 19

• BIC Graphic (asi/40480) has announced that for all orders received on Tuesday, Sep. 19, they will be reinstating normal standard lead times and 24 Hour Service for all product categories. The only exceptions are the product categories BIC Lighters and CLW Manufactured BIC Writing Instruments, which will have 24 Hour Service reinstated on Friday, Sep. 22. As of Friday, they will be back to 24 Hour Service for all product categories and standard lead time for all product categories.

Monday, September 18

• Bullet (asi/42424) will be working through the backlog of orders and will be prioritizing all orders currently in-house. Any new orders received will be processed with 10-day lead times. SureShip will be suspended through the end of September.
• As a result of a surge in order volume, a result of Hurricane Irma and the business closures it caused, Leeds' (asi/66887) SureShip service for transfer and silkscreen orders is temporarily suspended.
• Trimark (asi/92121) (both in the US and Canada) as well as JournalBooks remain unaffected and all normal lead times apply.
• After a week without power and only minor damage sustained, Kaytiemgee, Inc. (asi/239498) is now back up and running.
• Eyevertising (asi/57371) has been back up and running since Thursday, Sep. 14.

Friday, September 15

• Diamond Cosmetics (asi 49640) is at about 90% capacity. They are still without telephone service but they now have power and internet.

Thursday, September 14

• Innovative Designs Inc. (asi/62676) is back up and running.
• Continental Plastic Card Inc., (asi/46460) is now fully operational.
• Epoly (asi/52541) now has power and plans to be open by Monday, Sep. 18.
• The Book Company (asi/41010) is now fully operational.
• The Bullet (asi/42424) facility in Miami continues to be without power and they now anticipate production and shipping operations will be closed through Friday, Sep. 15. They are actively working to bring limited call center operations online as soon as possible.

• Due to the weather situation in Florida and the increase in orders, Jetline is suspending 24-hour rush service on Monday, Sep. 11. Please contact their office or Prime Line’s to see if your rush order can be shifted to Prime’s Connecticut facility. Jetline expects to resume 24-hour rush service on Tuesday, Sep. 12, however if anything changes Jetline will update its website and social media pages.
• The BIC Graphic (asi/40480) facilities in Clearwater will be suspended through Monday, Sep. 11. After the storm has passed, they will update their website with operational status. They have temporarily suspended 24-hour service and extended standard production time by three working days on all product lines – through Tuesday, Sep. 12.
