What I Learned…

I have repeatedly listened to “25 Productivity Hacks to Get Things Done,” under the Business-Building Strategy Courses. I find my greatest struggle is getting the right things done. It’s easy to get sidetracked and spend time on things that don’t equal revenue. Whenever I feel like I’m falling back into old habits, I review the course material and put the hacks back into play. For example, we knew we had to find time for social media, back office building and self-promotion. This course helped us free up time to incorporate more into our already busy day without extending our work hours.

How I Took Action…

Our focus has always been on creative solution-based selling, but we weren’t placing enough focus on the foundation of the business itself. Thanks to the Business-Building Strategy courses and Business Owner courses, we are now poised to manage our growth and assure we grow stronger, not just larger.

My Business ROI…

The education has touched so many areas of our business. That’s the real advantage for us. We’ve been able to make small changes in many areas that have resulted in an increase in our bottom line sales-wise. It helped us craft a marketing program that supports our foundation as a creative company with a strong focus on solution-based sales and has helped us to get that message out effectively. Finally, it helped us to dream bigger and to assure that we reach for them from a strong and stable foundation.
