Hot Frog Print Media (asi/227749) has acquired Integra Print & Image. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Both companies are based in Mechanicsburg, PA, and all Integra operations and employees will be relocated to Hot Frog’s facility.

Integra owner Heather Zielonis will join Hot Frog as a sales representative, and will continue to maintain relationships with her current accounts. She opened Integra in 1995 with her brother, Bill Devore, and offered printing, mailing and bindery services.

“After more than 21 years running the business, I am excited to join Hot Frog in a role where I can focus exclusively on customer relationships,” Zielonis said in a statement.
