Winnipeg, MB-based Shippam & Associates (asi/325850) has acquired Regina, SK-based Xposure Marketing (asi/364647). Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Shippam & Associates, a family-owned company, has been Xposure’s fellow Facilisgroup Partner for almost 10 years. Shippam offers a varied menu of services, including managing fulfillment, online company stores and recognition programs.

“We intend to make this transition as smooth as possible for the existing customers of Xposure Marketing and are excited to have Karen [Piper, president of Xposure] join our team,” said President Scott Shippam. “Our vision is to create best-in-class marketing and merchandise solutions for Xposure Marketing’s current clients.”

Xposure’s sales team will remain in Regina, while the administrative and support staff will operate out of the Winnipeg office.
