Cap America (asi/43792) has promoted Mark Gammon to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

“I am delighted to take over the reins and am confident the organization is positioned well for success,” said Gammon in a statement. He told Counselor: “Our company is committed to remain [distributors’] choice for headwear by providing service, innovation and efficiency. The only changes moving forward will be enhancing and perfecting our processes to ensure distributors have everything they need to go to market.”

Previously, Gammon was vice president of sales for the company – a position he held since 2015. In that capacity, he played a significant role in guiding Cap America’s strategy and vision.
