Minnesota-based supplier Crystal D (asi/47759) has acquired Las Vegas-based Crystal Impressions (asi/47782).

“We are fortunate to acquire this high-quality company,” said Chuck Dahlgren, president of Crystal D. “This acquisition is a strategic decision, focused on growing our business portfolio and offering more options to our customers in the crystal award and gift market. Adding the full range of sub-surface imprint processes and capabilities positions Crystal D to better serve the market.”

Per the terms of the agreement, Crystal Impressions will retain its brand identity, although it is relocating its production facility to St. Paul, MN. Orders will be processed as usual and Crystal Impressions is not expecting any interruptions in service. Crystal Impressions’ Chris Robbins, Allison Robbins and Jessica Ellis will be moving to Minnesota to continue the company’s operations.

Founded in 1995, Crystal Impressions is known for providing sub-surface 2-D and 3-D laser-engraved crystal products. Established two decades ago, Crystal D offers more than 1,300 different awards and wall plaques through eight imprint processes and nine substrates.
